My career within the financial sector spans over 30 years, split evenly between banking and financial planning. My current role as a Financial Adviser allows me to meet new clients and get to know them and their financial goals on a personal level. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and the skills I have learned along the way that help guide them through their financial decisions.
I have completed my Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and have qualified as a Certified Financial Planner and Adv Dip Fin Serv within Financial Planning. My education and experience combined allow me to effectively budget, build, and manage a client’s finances.
I am committed to providing valuable financial planning services and teaching clients financial literacy and successful strategies. To many individuals, the world of finance, superannuation, investment, and insurance can be vast and confusing. I view my role as a Financial Adviser as an opportunity to utilize the knowledge and tools I have at my disposal to help navigate clients’ finances so they can be confident with their financial decisions moving forward.
I have been blessed to have a loving and happy family. My wife and I have four daughters and an increasing number of grandchildren, whom we love spending time with. Our lives are centred around home and family, though we also enjoy local and overseas holidays. I enjoy improving our home in my downtime and try to play golf at least once weekly if possible.
